Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link.
- Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.
Delayed or missing packages
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but has not arrived:
- Check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Wait the full estimated delivery timeframe.
- Check around your property and with neighbours.
